3. User Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all content created specifically for you (posts, articles, graphics) becomes your property. Social Stature retains the right to use anonymized data and case studies for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment and Cancellation

Services are billed according to the plan selected. Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled with at least 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your specific service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Social Stature shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
